2.    What were the qualities or skills of each member that supported the team?

Firstly, to build a great team you must have a leader, and Ed Viesters was the leader, also need someone to manage the camp, and were Paula is the base camp manager. Secondly, it is very important to have a scientist. Finally, you need someone to cook and take pictures for the memorable trip that they had.

3.    How was the Team helped by ‘cultural diversity’ to attain their goal (reach the summit of Everest)? 

They were in a united team and each one of the team help the others and supported each, they also was respectable with each other.
